Problem:
This issue usually occurs because the database that is trying to be saved is
either corrupt or locked by a file server. By eliminating the corruption or
file server lock the PANIC can be avoided.
This issue was reported to Lotus Quality Engineering and has been addressed in
Domino for AS/400 5.0.3.
Additionally, the following fix has been added to Domino R5.0.9:
